Returns and Exchanges


Need to Return your Item? No problem, please read through our Returns or Exchanges Policy, and pick one of our 3 easy options.
In order to receive store credit, a refund, or an exchange you must return the product within 7 days. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on opened items. Here are your choices:

1. Store Credit + $5 Extra:

  • Receive a store credit for the amount of your return, plus an Extra $5 credit will be added to your Credit that you can use toward your next purchase.
  • Only 1 additional credit will be issued per order.
  • From the day you receive your order you must ship it back to us within 7 days, to qualify for store credit.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our Miami warehouse.
  • We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your shipment.
  • This Extra Credit is only valid on orders shipped within the US
  • Store credits and bonuses and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Orders are not eligible if a previous return against this order already received the $5 credit.

2. Refund:

  • Returned products must be in new, unused, and saleable condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags, inserts, manuals and warranties.
  • All accessories that were originally included must be returned
  • All literature that was originally included — manuals, warranty card, etc. — must be returned in new condition
  • Do not write on the original box
  • Open box items for which the packaging has been destroyed are not returnable.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by StreamingBundles.com (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
  • You will receive a refund back to your original payment method, minus the shipping and handling fees.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our Miami warehouse.
  • We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment.
  • We can only issue a refund to the original payment method used, there are no exceptions.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any merchandise.
  • Return of some products may be restricted as stated in the manufacturer’s warranties.
  • Any merchandise or parts which shows signs of use (wear, dirt, smell, scuffing, mounting, etc.) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.
  • All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected.
  • Any Refused, Undelivered, or Abandoned package will be subject to a $10 Service Fee.
  • Items should not be shipped back to the manufacturer; all returns need an RA (Return Authorization) number and will need to be returned to StreamingBundles.com in Miami.

3. Exchanges:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which covers against merchandise defects. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact the manufacturer or email us at support@streamingbundles.com for assistance. Please note warranty processing may take 4-8 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer’s policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.
  • StreamingBundles.com does not provide any direct warranty on any item sold.
  • If you receive a product that is not the product you ordered, please send an email to support@streamingbundles.com and we’ll work with  you to coordinate the return to us for an exchange.
  • Any merchandise or parts which shows signs of use (wear, dirt, smell, scuffing, mounting, etc.) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be exchanged.
  • If you receive a product that is damaged as a result of the shipping please let us know ASAP. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier (FedEx, USPS, UPS). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like.

Order Cancellation / Modifications

If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.
Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled “Order Received.” Once an order has a status of “Order Processed,” it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.
